Rigg was employed to manufacture and install furniture into a creative agency based in Dalston, London N16. The contemporary interior aestheic was somewhat brutalist with beautiful polished concrete flooring and exposed architectural details.
Custom workstations were supplied based on the Rigg Quad model. This is a versatile range allowing small, full-featured bench desking to be created. In this case accoustic dividers and cable management was incorporated. Power and data was easiliy accessed from the centre of each run of desks. Specialist Camira fabric was used to cover the partitions.
As part of the package bespoke storage was developed. Bookshelves were constructed of high quality birch plywood and faced with a realistic HPL. Edges were left exposed creating a "raw but refined" feel. Some of the shelves were positioned for convenient access by staff seated at the working positions.
The items in this fit-out were manufactured at our factory in Birmingham, UK. See further images of this super workspace in our journal.
