When Returns are Allowed
We accept returns for online purchases as follows:
- The item is in new condition (undamaged, unused)
- You have notified us within 14 days of delivery.
- The returned goods are received by us in the following 7 days
Exchanges
You can request to exchange an item within 14 days of purchase and pay for the return cost and re-delivery cost. The rules are the same as for standard returns described above.
How to Return an Item
You can mail back an item using a suitable courier, at your expense (you pay).
Refund
We will refund the purchase price within 7 days of receipt using the original payment method. Prior to refund we will check the returned goods to ensure they are in new condition.

Items marked or described as "made to order".
